metro access helpful staff good breakfast
The hotel is close to the metro station entrance, very convenient. the staff was helpful with directions and travel tips. i used the outside pool and bar. The service was great. breakfast included many options for everyone.
the gym equipment could use some updating!

location good, but overall disappointing
faulty air conditioning uncomfortable nights
the location was good because it was close to the metro station.
the room was too hot. the air conditioning was not working properly, and i was told it wouldn't be turned on until summertime, ridiculous. this.

The air conditioning barely worked. It was only blowing out lukewarm air. this made the room uncomfortable. plus, i found the gym pretty disappointing. there were very few weights available!

Some Issues with Room and Amenities.
limited gym spotty wifi
I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. The air conditioning was not working. I was informed it was off-season, made the room uncomfortably warm and stuffy. The gym was very limited. It only had a couple of cardio machines and no weights. The spotty WiFi also made working difficult.

Perfect Stay Near Everything!
clean room reliable internet metro station
My room was clean and well kept. It seemed like a true sanctuary after long days. I especially valued the fast, reliable internet access. It helped me stay connected. The proximity to the metro station was amazing. Getting around was so easy. The breakfast options were extensive and delicious. I looked forward to it each morning.
The gym was a bit smaller than I expected, and it occasionally felt crowded during peak hours, though I still made the most of it.
