Underwhelming Stay
cold shower hanging curtain
The room was, lets say, not great. I was surprised the shower wasn't in it's own little room. Instead, it was right by the door, how thoughtful. Water everywhere, and it was cold. To top it off, nobody seemed to be around to hear my complaints so who cares. the curtain was giving up on life, hanging precariously.

The room included complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits, all replenished regularly. The staff was helpful. They always ensured my needs were met! I enjoyed the great atmosphere in the bar. It was lovely.
The £20 deposit was refunded after several days.

The hotel was a short walk from the Waterloo Music Bar. It was very convenient. South Shore Beach and South Shore Pier were within easy walking distance. I liked that everything was so close. Bus stops were nearby.

The room was clean and well kept. I felt very comfortable. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. I slept well. The room included good furniture, bedside tables, and bedside lights.

A Truly Nice Stay!!!
helpful staff delicious food
The staff were AMAZING and very helpful during my entire stay. The restaurant stood out with delicious food. I appreciated the variety of options. I found the bar area good and reasonably priced. Every aspect contributed to an lovely experience.
The walk to the town centre took approximately twenty-five minutes. A shorter distance would greatly improve the location.

The room I was assigned was bigger than expected, and it had everything I needed. Plug sockets were conveniently placed near mirrors, a thoughtful detail. The lighting was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly each night.

The buffet restaurant provided excellent dining. It was well-managed. There was a good selection of Thai, Nepalese, Chinese, and English food available. I also noticed they serve Moretti beer at the bar.

The hotel provides complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits, replenished daily. It has a tram close by, with access to public transport. I observed that the staff were asking if we needed anything every few days, which I found thoughtful.

The location proved ideal for a visit to The Waterloo Music Bar. This. Access to the tram was simple, so getting around was no issue. A short cab ride also got me to the town centre. Uber cost approximately £5.00.
