The window was broken. I found the room cold. the staff weren't cute at all. the chef at breakfast asked too many questions while we ate, and he wouldn't let us eat in peace. It was a really creepy experience. i also heard swearing and banging in the kitchen, unpleasant.

the location provided easy access to south pier. i slept soundly in a comfortable bed. the hotel maintained a clean appearance and seemed well-kept.

the fire alarm activated intermittently at 4am, disrupting my sleep. this occurred multiple times, and it also went off again at 7:30am. sleep deprivation negatively impacted the subsequent day.

The staff ensured i received the room i requested. The chocolate in the room was a nice touch. I found the bathroom clean. It had both soap and body wash available.

I noticed the kettle had been used with water left inside. The milk was past its expiration date. the tv did not function properly and wasn't securely attached to the wall.
