faulty tv cold room

the location was acceptable, offering easy access to the winter gardens and the train station.

i found the music playing downstairs all night disruptive. additionally, the tv in my room did not work, a significant inconvenience. the room temperature remained cold despite the radiator being on.

The room was spacious and decorated in a quirky style. there was adequate storage. i also liked the size and comfort of the shower. Toiletries were provided.

the music from downstairs played all night. it made it difficult to fall asleep. the tv in the room didn't work. this could be a problem for some guests.

FANTASTIC Stay!

The hotel is only a short walk from the train station. It's ALSO close to key attractions. The rooms are REALLY well-decorated and clean. I appreciated the hot, POWERFUL shower and big, soft towels provided in the bathroom.

The wardrobe. This was mildly annoying.
