i found the staff to be amazing. the room was super spacious and very clean. the hotel's location is perfect, just up from the promenade. a nice fish and chip shop is conveniently located on the corner.

the curtain in my room wasn't ideal, as it didn't quite cover the entire window, a slight inconvenience.

the hotel provides parking for a fee. this parking extends until late morning the day following your arrival. this option adds convenience traveling by car. the bar was open until 10pm most nights.

Cleanliness requires improvement. I found a half-drunk can under the bed. Hair was present in the shower, also on the bathroom floor. The shower plug did not drain properly. Sockets near the bed were absent.
