surprisingly good stay!

helpful staff spacious room clean room prime position

i found the staff to be amazing. the room was super spacious and very clean. the hotel's location is perfect, just up from the promenade. a nice fish and chip shop is conveniently located on the corner.

the curtain in my room wasn't ideal, as it didn't quite cover the entire window, a slight inconvenience.

the hotel provides parking for a fee. this parking extends until late morning the day following your arrival. this option adds convenience traveling by car. the bar was open until 10pm most nights.

breakfast was cooked with care. the staff prepared enough food for all guests. more food was cooked when needed. the food was AMAZING!!!

the room was clean and warm. there was plenty of space. this space accommodated us and a travel cot. the location of the room was ideal. this made things easier with a little one.

I found the location convenient with attractions within walking distance. The freshly cooked buffet breakfast was a definite positive aspect. I really appreciate the clean room and its nice warmth.

uncleanliness missing sockets

Cleanliness requires improvement. I found a half-drunk can under the bed. Hair was present in the shower, also on the bathroom floor. The shower plug did not drain properly. Sockets near the bed were absent.
