The manager gave a super welcome! The room was spacious plus lovely and warm, boasting a big TV. I found the hotel very cute and the bed comfy. Jay was very attentive and always around, so friendly, funny and outgoing.

The room could use a proper deep clean. But that was a minor thing.

helpful manager excellent service warm room broken tv window problem electricity issues

i found the manager to be helpful. he sorted me out with things i needed. he provided excellent customer service, i think. the room was warm and clean, which i liked.

the tv was broken in my room. the window wouldn't shut properly, it was annoying. the electricity had problems , a bit difficult.
