i emailed ahead regarding parking i received a prompt helpful reply this was a great start the staff were lovely throughout my stay there were many thoughtful touches in the room it felt cute. the location is great a tram stop is right outside it made getting around super easy one highlight was watching a music festival from the bath i had a tv in the bathroom. i mentioned it was my birthday the next day at breakfast i was surprised with a candle in my food.

I received a prompt, helpful reply to my parking inquiry via email. The staff were lovely throughout my stay! I found thoughtful touches in the room. There is a tram stop right outside, and it made getting around easy.

The bathroom lighting in the room I stayed in was not ideal. It was a bit dim for applying makeup.

The breakfast was good.

The hotel did not feel like a five-star experience. The room's technology and lighting were not well planned, and the bathroom lighting was especially poor. After one night, the room was not cleaned. Fresh towels were left outside, but the dirty ones remained.
