amazing location gem

very nice location cute staff perfect air conditioning

the location is very nice, just steps from st mark's square, it was so easy to explore. the staff were cute, offering suggestions for hidden gems. the air conditioning worked perfectly, it was a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing.

i found the stairs to be quite steep. it was a little challenging with luggage.

the location was excellent near st mark's square. the staff were very friendly. the room provided enough space for getting ready.

the passcode doors to the street were sometimes left ajar. it was a little uncomfortable and lessened my sleep. there were also many steep stairs to get to my room.

really good kindness lovely spots charming view special moments

The staff showed really good kindness. They pointed out lovely spots. their recommendations created special moments. our room had a charming view. it was cozy. i appreciated being contacted before arrival. i had to fill out a form with a voucher for travellers.

i noticed a lot of steep stairs leading up to the room. it posed a slight challenge with luggage.

really good location dining recommendations coffee machine

The location proved convenient. St Mark's Square was just steps away. I appreciated the friendly staff. They readily offered dining recommendations. The room had a coffee machine with capsules replenished daily (a nice touch for early mornings!).

The bathroom was somewhat small. Counter space was a little limited.

The location was central. I easily reached many attractions on foot. The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions. The room had coffee and tea available. We stored our luggage after checking out. That was helpful!
