Chef Enrico Bartolini and Resident Chef Donato Ascani create the cuisine. The menu includes beetroot and gorgonzola risotto, fried soft-shell crab, and artichokes. Located in Santa Croce, Palazzo Venart is near the Natural History Museum and Canal Grande. It is a 10-minute distance from the Rialto Bridge. Transportation includes private water taxis and Alilaguna service from Marco Polo Airport to San Stae stop, a 2-minute walk to the hotel. From Santa Lucia railway station and Piazzale Roma, take Line 1 vaporetto to San Stae stop. From Tronchetto and San Basilio, use ACTV services.
