the location is unbeatable. st mark's plaza is only a couple blocks away. popular sites are easily accessible from here. the staff were friendly, i felt very welcome.

there was no elevator, and i had to carry my suitcase to the third floor. it was a little difficult, especially with heavy luggage.

the breakfast room has seating for about 30 guests. the breakfast buffet includes cereals, pastries, cheeses, and cold cuts. coffee and juice are available from self-service machines, this made mornings very efficient.

the staff was very cute and also the hotel provided umbrellas in case of rain.

The room i stayed in felt quite small for the price i paid. there wasn't enough space to open both suitcases at the same time. the bathroom felt cramped. I had to walk sideways to get to the sink because it was in front of the toilet

I found the location unbeatable. It was close to major sights. the staff were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating to every need. i really appreciated the breakfastwith a good range of food options, a good start to each day.

i noticed the stairs were quite steep, and there wasn't a lift available.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They happily engaged in conversation. They also explained where places were on the map. Breakfast was fresh and comprehensive. The shower was surprisingly excellent. The room looked over a pretty street.

There was no lift, and I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. It was a minor inconvenience though.

my room felt small and outdated. the bathroom was tiny and i bumped my arms while showering, it was not a good experience. i also noticed a damp smell, which wasn't very pleasant.
