our three-bedroom apartment included a double ensuite. a twin bedroom and a single bedroom were also upstairs, the bathroom had a shower over the bath. downstairs, the lounge included two sofas, one converted to a double sofa bed.

check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 10am. this felt short.

We had a two-bedroom apartment. It seemed spacious enough. the cleanliness was far from ideal. I found food remains on the kitchen cupboard handles. the entrance to our building really needed attention. The window had many dead bugs. The door did not lock, and this concerned me .

the apartment was immaculate and had all the equipment i needed for my stay.

The receptionist was rude and dismissive upon my arrival. i explained i understood the check-in time, but she reacted poorly. She was slamming the phone while contacting housekeeping. her attitude gave a bad first impression.

Mixed experience with some disappointments

uncomfortable sofa bedwall stains

I was a little disappointed . The sofa bed in the two-bedroom apartment was uncomfortable. The crossbars dug into my back, SO I had a restless night. I found some stains on the walls and sofa, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the apartment.

the heated pool was lovely. the mini golf area also offered entertainment. the grounds are gorgeous, with plenty of space for everyone. the tennis court allowed for great matches!

the entrance onto the main road is a little tricky during busy periods.

Really good Apartment Stay

The apartment was excellent. It was spacious. The pool, mini shop in reception, crazy golf, and play area were also great. The view and location were nice. I appreciated the well-equipped facilities. I liked the helpful staff, especially in the leisure center and reception.

The check-in at 4 p.m. and check-out at 10 a.m. felt quite short.

the location proved acceptable, offering a serene environment.

The cleanliness was noticeably below standard. I had to spend a considerable amount of time cleaning upon arrival. i observed food remains on kitchen cupboard handles and dust on surfaces. the entrance area was also unkempt, with dead bugs and a non-locking door. this raised concerns about safety, especially with young children present.
