The room looked quite dated. It REALLY needed some updating. The bed felt too hard for My liking. I also heard partying late into the night and early hours from other guests. i Did not sleep well ANY of the two nights of the stay.

The staff were great during the function I attended at the hotel.
The room I had was quite disappointing the toilet did not flush properly I had to use a bin and water to get it to flush. The shower screen had scum at the bottom it needed replacing.

I attended an event there in 2024. The service was great and the staff were helpful. The food was excellent and plentiful. The ingredients seemed to be of good QUALITY.
The central heating was not working . They gave us a small fan heater to use. ONE bed was jammed up against the window and that was very draughty.

Gan and the entire team at the venue were fantastic!!! they couldn't do enough for us. everything was perfect, the food was lovely, and the rooms were spacious. We were given ample time to make our day special-nothing was too much trouble!!!
i booked a room with twin beds, but two beds were squeezed into a small room. the central heating wasn't working properly, so we used a small fan heater. one bed was jammed against the window, and it was draughty!!!
