Really good Hotel Experience

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food options, including sashimi and traditional japanese dishes. The hotel is connected to ariake gardens, a large shopping mall, very convenient. I found the self check-in and check-out process to be efficient.

The reception staff's handling of taxi arrangements could be improved, as i was not warned about the need to book a larger taxi three days in advance and it caused some inconvenience.

The staff used translating devices for effective english communication and were very helpful, which i greatly appreciated. They readily stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out at no extra charge.

The breakfast provided many choices, including western options, sashimi, and japanese traditional foods. I loved the variety of options and the high quality of the ingredients.

The room had a good setting, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. I appreciated the convenience of being able to track the laundry room's machine availability. There was also free access to facial oils, creams, and tea bags in the lobby during the evening.

I found a couple of things less than ideal. breakfast got a bit chaotic with the wait time.. it felt longer than the 5 minutes i think. i also thought it strange there were no boiled eggs or basic cheeses, especially since they seem pretty standard. arranging a taxi became oddly complicated. it's just something they should really tell you ahead of time. also, i thought the rooms were quite small.
