spa pool conflicting information

the room was spacious with modern facilities, acceptable i guess.

The spa pool was not what i expected. I couldn't use it before or after checkout. also, you can't actually swim in the sky pool, it's more for taking pictures, so pointless. front desk staff gave conflicting information. They agreed to requests but then denied them later.

modern comfort with a view

station nearness spacious room convenient walkway

my room had a great view of the yokohama skyline it was beautiful and spacious. the hotel is one block away from the minatomirai subway station and close to sakuragichō station. a walkway conveniently connects it to the latter station. the bathroom was a good size.

i was disappointed i could not use a tea pot. the hotel staff did not understand what a tea pot was. they did not provide me one.

the room featured wide windows that let in plenty of natural light. i really liked the wood floors and bright interior design. staff was always friendly and efficient. my superior queen chairtype room was well-designed.

finding the convenience store on the second floor was not easy.

This hotel is AMAZING and one of the best I've experienced in the Kanto region. The view, bedrooms, and facilities, especially the sky pool, were GREAT! I also LOVE the bar, gym, and swimwear rental for the skypool.

The breakfast buffet WAS very well-stocked and varied.

The hotel had a corporate cubicle ambiance. The check-in process proved inefficient. I found the service lackluster, and a queue formed before check-in. The photos online carefully framed the window view. It actually overlooked a parking lot and railway tracks.

outdoor jacuzzi relaxing atmosphere modern room upscale experience

I found the outdoor jacuzzi very enjoyable. It added a lot to my stay. the atmosphere was very relaxing. I felt very calm the entire time. the modern and big rooms were a nice surprise. the hotel really delivered on providing a comfortable and upscale experience.
