This hotel is AMAZING and one of the best I've experienced in the Kanto region. The view, bedrooms, and facilities, especially the sky pool, were GREAT! I also LOVE the bar, gym, and swimwear rental for the skypool.

The breakfast buffet WAS very well-stocked and varied.

The hotel had a corporate cubicle ambiance. The check-in process proved inefficient. I found the service lackluster, and a queue formed before check-in. The photos online carefully framed the window view. It actually overlooked a parking lot and railway tracks.

I found the outdoor jacuzzi very enjoyable. It added a lot to my stay. the atmosphere was very relaxing. I felt very calm the entire time. the modern and big rooms were a nice surprise. the hotel really delivered on providing a comfortable and upscale experience.
