convenient location and great access

the hotel is connected to the shinagawa seaside train station this allows easy access regardless of weather. a large aeon store is next door it allows easy shopping for food and other goods. the hotel offers complimentary drinks at the breakfast restaurant from 3 pm to 11 pm which saved on buying water.

the centrally controlled air conditioning made the room too warm i could not adjust the temperature to my preference. opening windows was not possible this made the room uncomfortable at times.

the double room had standard amenities it included an air cleaner and air ventilation by the window. the room was quiet providing a restful environment after a day of travel the provided amenities met basic needs.

the hotel lobby is on the 16th floor the reception area is modern and spacious. direct access to the shinagawa seaside train station is available from the basement floor this eliminates the need to go outside. the breakfast restaurant offers panoramic views of the bay area.

the hotel is near a mall with multiple dining options and it is above a train station. haneda airport is easily accessible with a single train transfer via the rinkai railway to the tokyo monorail. odaiba is located nearby offering additional sightseeing opportunities.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right above a train station. the adjacent grocery store is super convenient. the staff members are very friendly, and the room i had was immaculate. i also appreciated the ice machine on my floor. It was a nice touch.

the centralized ac system did not allow for individual temperature adjustments, and the room felt warmer than i preferred.

Rooms feature neat and clean environments. i found the provided shampoo products to be of high quality. the air cleaner ensured that the room always felt fresh and inviting, a huge plus for me. it certainly eliminated any concerns about air quality.

This hotel offers direct access to the shinagawa seaside train station right from its basement. This eliminates the need to search for the building's main entrance. the proximity to the airport limousine bus stop just outside made travel super easy, even with lots of luggage. the lobby area on the 16th floor is modern and generously spaced.

The hotel is located next to a mega-sized food and goods chain store, aeon style. That provided easy access to various dining options. also, the hotel restaurant gave me panoramic views of the bay area, i was charmed!!! i could see everything from up above.

The location was convenient, just beside the train station.

The room was quite warm because the central heating system seemed off. I couldn't adjust the temperature to my liking. The carpet had stains, and the airflow wasn't great.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. It made traveling around easy. i was happy to find a lawson store in the basement. I purchased water and snacks there. the staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted with sending our luggage to another city. the restaurant had great views. I enjoyed looking out over the bay.

i noticed that the central air system made my room too warm, and i could not adjust the temperature to make it cooler.

The hotel is right above the train station. This made accessing different areas very simple. traveling to shibuya took about 20 minutes on the rinkai line. That was a train heading to kawagoe. i found the location convenient.

I booked a room with a sea view, and i was very excited. the view was amazing. the room was quiet. however. the room was a bit compact. There was little space for luggage.

The hotel provides laundry services. This was very useful . there is also a table tennis area in the lounge. i had fun playing there! plenty of delicious food was available. I liked the breakfast.

The staff are doing an excellent job. they changed our room when i accidentally booked a smoking room. I appreciated that very much. the self-checkout was easy and quick. i found all the staff very accommodating.
