a few issues noticed

small room stained carpet

the staff was nice, which i did expect.

the room i got was very small. i could barely move around with my luggage. the carpet had stains everywhere, it REALLY needed a deep clean.

the staff was very kind i observed they offered complimentary sweets drinks and amenities. i found the location excellent it is near many interesting places. the staff was polite and helpful i noticed their professional approach.

i thought the carpet was stained and not clean in the room. i found just one thin towel was provided it was insufficient. the pillow was very hard the other pillow was too flat.

The breakfast was a highlight.. it offered both Japanese and Western options, including fresh fruit and croissants. The hotel's location proved convenient for exploring the city, with a metro station nearby and easy access to areas like Shibuya and Ginza.

The room size felt small for two people, especially with suitcases. The hotel lacked a proper lobby area to relax or socialize..

cold tea skincare samples

i appreciated the complimentary cold tea! there were hair ties available too. i also liked the samples of skincare products.

the carpet in my room had some stains. it didn't feel as clean as i expected. the pillows were not very comfortable either

small room extra fee

the room felt small and a bit claustrophobic windows did not open the early check-in required an extra fee even though the room was ready i would probably not book here again.
