excellent location easy check-in english-speaking staff clean hotel

the location is excellent , being close to many restaurants and shopping stores. the check-in process was very easy and efficient. the hotel staff were kind and spoke english well. i found the hotel very clean upon arrival.

the room was quite small , offering limited space to move around , especially with luggage.

great location friendly staff

The location is really great. Shibuya station is only about a 15-minute walk. the staff was also friendly! and spoke english well.

the elevator was sometimes a bit slow.
