the staff was very attentive. they knew english well, they gave us good explanations and directions. the rooms were clean, functional, and pretty. the location was great, a couple of metro stations were within walking distance of the hotel. it was convenient.

the room was very small. it was suitable for one person. i also noticed a musty smell in the room, and the pillows weren't the best. i wanted something softer.

the hotel had a very convenient location, particularly its proximity to multiple subway lines. this made travel around the area simple. there was also a 7-eleven right next door and a drugstore very close.

The room size was definitely a concern. I booked what I thought was a Double Room Non-Smoking. the space felt quite cramped was good. the inability to open the windows was disappointing. I prefer fresh air to air conditioning and found relying solely on the system UNCOMFORTABLE.
