The breakfast was not great. the eggs were consistently cold, even right when breakfast service began. i also found the bed quite firm. It wasn't the most comfortable experience, i must say.

I was kindly allowed a late checkout at 11:00, a great convenience since my flight was in the evening. the location allowed me to easily walk to the skytree and the asakusa area! a public parking lot was very close to the building, very useful. i found the staff very attentive. They provided excellent service.

The breakfast options were a bit limited for my taste. the quality was satisfactory. perhaps more variety would enhance the experience further.
