dusty room thin pillows

the location was acceptable, with reasonable access to public transportation.

I found the room rather dusty, even after the cleaning service. the pillows were unbelievably thin. I practically needed a stack of them to feel like i had any head support at all. it was like trying to sleep on pancakes... definitely not a restful experience.

The hotel's proximity to Ueno Park and the market proved convenient. Akihabara was also just a short walk away. The hotel stored my luggage both before check-in and after checkout allowing me to explore the area without carrying heavy bags. The staff addressed our late check-in with understanding and efficiency..

The room was quite small, it was a bit difficult for two people to move around comfortably with luggage.

The location provided convenient access to major stations. i also appreciated the free baggage storage service after checking out. It was quite helpful.

The bathroom was small and somewhat claustrophobic. the pillows were not comfortable. It made it hard to sleep well.

The staff accommodated my request promptly. Its location is excellent. I could easily walk to several stations. The room amenities were complete, and the facilities maintained cleanliness.

The room was somewhat small. There was not enough space for two people to move around comfortably. I found it a bit tight.
