subway transportation public bath limited luggage little privacy

The hotel is near the Ginza Line subway , so transportation was simple. The staff were also helpful, and I needed assistance with directions to a local shop. I also liked that the hotel had a public bath available , a great way to relax after walking a lot.

The room felt a little small , and luggage space was somewhat limited. The sink area also lacked privacy from the rest of the room. which was not ideal.

The location is AMAZING, a short walk to the metro station on the Ginza line. A 7-Eleven next to the hotel proved convenient. The staff provided friendly and helpful service. I found the neighborhood quiet and peaceful.

Breakfast offered a wonderful spread of Japanese dishes and continental options. The bar served REALLY nice drinks. It has a great view and atmosphere. I thought the restaurants were excellent with superb services.

The staff provided attentive and helpful service, i liked it VERY much. The professional manner in which they handle guests makes one feel welcome. Any request that I made was met with enthusiasm and efficiency and everything was solved quickly.
