dinosaur concierge easy check-in rain theme

i enjoyed the talking dinosaur concierge, it was a fun novelty. the self check-in was easy and efficient, saving time on arrival. i used the complimentary amenities, a useful touch for forgotten items. the lobby's rain-themed decor with dinosaurs was charming and created a nice atmosphere.

the breakfast lounge was quite busy. it made finding a seat difficult on some mornings. this meant that i sometimes had to wait to eat.

the self-check-in kiosks were efficient and simple to use. i requested luggage storage after checkout and the process was seamless. staff assisted quickly when needed. they were very responsive, answering all questions clearly.

mixed feelings about the stay

breakfast variety hard bed

the room was clean and a decent size , surprisingly.

i was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options , honestly. it seemed like the same things were offered every single day. a little variety would have been nice , you know? also , the hard bed made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

the room was smaller than i expected and it felt quite cramped. the wifi was quite bad. i could not stream videos without them constantly stopping to buffer. breakfast options were disappointing.
