i found the staff cute and helpful upon arrival. they stored my luggage when i arrived early. washers and dryers are available . the location is convenient with short walks to train stations and nearby shops.

the room did feel quite small for two people with luggage BUT i was alone.

I found the location quite convenient. Two train stations are very close. I could quickly reach both the JR Line and the Asakusa Line. The Asakusa Line provides direct access to the airports.

The room safe was broken. the room wasn't very spacious. I noticed that the cabinets looked quite old. The toilet started flushing as soon as I sat down.

the safe in the room was broken , i could not use it. the room was not very spacious , so i had limited space for my luggage.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel did not feel like a generic corporate place. It was more like a family-run hotel. I liked the dog-friendly theme.

The room felt small. There was not much space for hanging clothes. The AC unit in the room made excessive noise. The bathroom was very small too.
