The room felt smaller than expected. i also had trouble with the air conditioning. It didn't seem to work properly. some nights, it was uncomfortably humid making sleep difficult. the room was also quite dusty.

The room I had was quite small, and the dark decor throughout the hotel didn't really appeal to me. I couldn't see outside because of the translucent film covering the window. I also noticed dust on the vents and dead insects. The bed was far too soft. the room felt cramped.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was available at the restaurant next to the lobby. it included a full breakfast. the location was excellent near akasaka-mitsuke and akasaka stations. A convenience store was right across the street. the room also had comfortable beds.

the location was convenient with easy access to the subway.
The room i was given had noticeable dust, especially under the beds. It was the carpets had not been vacuumed thoroughly for quite some time. the mattresses were worn and lacked proper support.
