the metro station was fairly close to the hotel, so exploring the city was quite easy.

The bathroom cleanliness was a letdown. i noticed dirt stains on the mirror and faucets, also grime in the toilet bowl. the air conditioning filters seemed clogged with dust. This was a big issue for me.

the hotel allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out it allowed convenient exploration without luggage. the room was clean with fresh towels provided daily. laundry facilities were available on the third and ninth floors for 500 yen. the machines handled both washing and drying without needing detergent. the hotel's proximity to a metro station made travel easy.

the breakfast dining area experienced overcrowding. we had to queue twice to get in. this was slightly inconvenient during peak hours.
