I liked its capsule rooms, which offer privacy. The staff were very helpful . I got fresh towels each day which was useful. I liked that it was near the train station. It made transport convenient.

My capsule felt stuffy. The fan in it did not work. It was inconvenient I could not access the hotel from 10 AM to 4 PM. The luggage situation was also inconvenient, because the lobby was cramped.

i found the shower rooms very functional and the security reassuring. each capsule includes a mirror, a nice touch, with a sense of privacy, even with just a curtain. i appreciated the well-equipped showers, complete with a hair dryer (a good quality one, i must say) and a designated space for makeup.

the staff were not very friendly upon arrival (a smile goes a long way). i arrived before check-in hoping to leave my luggage, but no one was at the reception desk. the fan in my capsule didn't circulate cool air effectively, so the space felt a bit stuffy overnight.
