I found the staff very cute and helpful. The location is really convenient, as the train station is just across the road. My room included sufficient amenities and was clean. I did enjoy the Skytree view from the terrace.

traveling was easy thanks to its proximity to a train station! the staff were helpful, and the hotel was so clean. i loved how modern and spacious the room was. there were so many shops and restaurants around.

i did notice there were no english channels on the tv, a bit disappointing. there was also no coin laundry available, an inconvenience.

The hotel is very close to the station which is a three minute walk. The cleaning staff were efficient and greeted us with smiles each morning. The room had a useful air purifier. Hot water was available quickly in the bathroom.
