The room was smaller than expected. the air conditioning did not get cold enough. I found it difficult to sleep comfortably. there were no english channels available on the television, limiting my entertainment options during downtime. the fridge also struggled to maintain a sufficiently cold temperature for my drinks. i think improvements are needed in these areas.

The room was spacious. It felt very cozy. The open floor space easily accommodated our suitcases. The room featured a luxurious design. The balcony was filled with plants.

The hotel had no body lotion. Rooms felt a bit sparse. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, so a softer mattress topper would greatly improve the sleeping experience.

The hotel staff were very kind and spoke english very well. I arrived before check-in and the staff delivered my luggage to my room before i came back. I enjoyed the detailed service provided and stayed comfortably for several nights. The location is great it is close to subway stations

The air conditioning in the room was not cold enough for me. I also thought the fridge could have been colder. There were also no english language tv channels available
