the hotel offered free alcoholic drinks each evening from 5-9pm.. meeting other guests and sharing travel stories was a plus. complimentary coffee and tea were available throughout the day. our room featured sound insulation, effectively blocking outside noise despite the busy street. the inclusive breakfast and coffee machine were definite advantages.

the lobby had a distinct, strong scent i found a bit overwhelming... it smelled overly perfumed, and the humidity was quite intense.

the hotel provides a basic breakfast each morning that includes a good coffee machine with donuts available. the happy hour features complimentary alcoholic beverages, such as wine and whiskey, alongside cola each afternoon.

the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. i had access to complimentary water and snacks in the lobby. the hotel offered umbrellas which was very useful during rainy days. laundry facilities were available and convenient.

the hotel is a bit far from shinjuku station.
