Excellent Location, Clean and Helpful
good location clean towels helpful staff
The hotel has a great location near the train station. I found the convenience stores and eateries to be very close. Clean towels were provided daily and left right at the door. The staff spoke excellent English. This made communication easy.
The rooms were a little small, though functional.

The Hideout Double room had sufficient space for one person. Hardwood floors provided a clean feel. Complimentary coffee was available in the room.

The area has endless food options, all within a short walk. It is possible to order meals using Uber Eats. I liked having so many choices nearby.

The hotel offers luggage storage services. I found the staff to be very accommodating with oversized luggage. This was a thoughtful gesture .

cramped space and noise issues
cramped room dirty blinds
the hotel provided fresh pyjamas and towels everyday.
the basic double room felt cramped for two guests i booked it. the bathroom setup was not good, with glass doors separating the toilet area and blinds that were dirty and difficult to use. also, the air conditioning system seemed centrally controlled, so i could not adjust temperature and room often felt very hot.

helpful staff useful air conditioning thin walls small room
my room had everything I needed. the air conditioning worked great, that was very useful. the location is good and things are close. the staff were helpful too.
the walls are thin. i could hear people talking next door easily. also, the rooms are small. its was hard to open my suitcase in the room.

central location helpful staff low ceiling cheap pillow
the location was central. stores were so close. the staff was nice to me and quick to help.
the room have very low ceilings. it feel claustrophobic, even for me. the pillows are not good. it was some cheap bead filled crap.
