The location offered easy subway access. This included access to the airport. rooms were very clean with amenities provided. These included a sleeping robe. i found the beds comfy. the staff were very kind. They were also helpful.

Wifi worked consistently well. I didn't experience intermittent drops. the breakfast buffet included variety. amenities in the room met expectations, though the sizes of rooms could be small. ac worked very well.

The location is excellent It is close to several train stations. Many dining options are nearby I found several convenience stores just around the corner. The staff was really helpful The hotel was clean.

The room was quite small There was not enough space for luggage storage. Hanging space was limited.

the location was excellent for accessing various metro lines.

the toilet wasn't clean upon arrival. i noticed filth when i put the toilet seat down, made me question the overall cleanliness. also, the pillow was so flat it barely existed. the room was a standard twin room non-smoking.

The location was great. It was close to many shops and restaurants, thanks to its Ginza address. Walking to the subway took about 8 minutes. I also found the internet to be REALLY fast.

THE room felt small. I couldn't fully open my suitcase without bumping into the bed. I noticed dust on the aircon vent, it was blowing into the room. The shower curtain had mold. There was grime near the TV.
