unhelpful staff luggage assistance

the bathroom has a comfortable tub i could use after a long day.

the staff i encountered seemed rather unhelpful, i think. they did not assist with my luggage either when i arrived or when i was leaving. i had to manage everything myself, which wasn't fun at all. that service really didn't meet the standard i'd anticipate.

the room faced the bay. the main attraction was the ferris wheel, fine during the day and beautiful at night. every amenity was available. western-style beds were comfortable. access to the ice and water room directly outside our room was handy during warmer days.

The views from my luxury ocean twin room were amazing, especially as the sun kissed the horizon. I found such peace watching the bay. i appreciated the hotel's design, it felt so sleek and modern, a tender embrace of comfort. the breakfast buffet was a delight, a sweet mix of japanese and western flavors to start my day just right.

i found the traffic noise a bit disruptive at times. the area seemed quite popular with hot rods and motorcycles. the lack of enough clothes hangers in the cabinet was also a slight inconvenience. only four hangers were available, a rather small number for my stay.

the location was convenient , allowing easy access to nearby shops.

i was quite disappointed to find the gym and pool were both closed. there was no prior notice about this , and it limited my options for relaxation. also , the lack of sufficient clothes hangers was inconvenient , as only four were available in the cabinet. this.

room view convenient location roomy room few hangers few drawers welcome drinks

the room had a great view of the cosmo world lights , which i found appealing. location was super convenient , as i could explore minatomirai on foot. the room felt roomy.

there were not enough clothes hangers in the cabinet , i counted only four. there were not enough drawers for keeping clothes , i found only two besides the bed. only two bottles of water were given as welcome drinks.

few clothes hangers water shortage

The location was great. It was only steps away from the Air Cabin.

I was disappointed! There were not enough clothes hangers in the cabinet. I counted only four. There were also not enough drawers for storing clothes. There were only two next to the bed. Two bottles of water were the welcome drinks. That is unbelievable. They did not supply more water after the first day. When I asked the staff, they told me to get water from a dispenser in another room. They never told me that at check-in
