The waiters were very polite and helpful . Cleaners kept everything super clean. The receptionists always answered my questions quickly and efficiently. The different recreational activities daily kept me very entertained.
I only received one bottle of water per day for the room. Some individuals rinsed cups with water only. I saw lipstick on a cup. Some staff members were RUDE to me.

unreliable wifi unclean cups
the wifi access was unreliable. it was only available in the lobby and even there the connection was weak. this made it difficult to plan activities for the next day. the cups at the bar were often not properly cleaned. I saw lipstick stains on several plastic cups after they were supposedly washed.

great hotel experience
double bed direct view
the hotel room included a double bed. it also had air conditioning and a refrigerator. i appreciated the direct view of the swimming pool from the room, the food was diverse and tasty. there were activities, for example, gymnastics, dart, and billiard.
