The food was very diverse and tasty. the pools were very clean and well maintained. the staff were very kind. I especially thank mohammed sehri from the restaurant team. the pools had flowers and greenery near them.

the hotel boasts amazing architecture and a very clean pool area. the spacious rooms are well kept and offer comfortable accommodation. i especially appreciated the professionalism of the general manager (mrs. sarah) and mr abdelrahman from reception. the hotel's reef also offers amazing opportunities for snorkeling and diving. the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus to the beach (it runs every 30 minutes).

i noticed the gym equipment could benefit from some updates (some machines are a bit outdated).

the staff members are very friendly and helpful, and they always address guests with a smile. housekeeping ensured the rooms were clean daily, and any requests were promptly addressed. the reception staff was also very attentive to guest requests and queries.
