The staff was friendly. They tried to help me with everything. The service was nice and quick. Food quality had great options. I found the room perfect. It had no mistakes.

The hotel is near the airport, therefore transportation was easy. It is convenient for traveling to and from the hotel, made my journey smoother. This proximity reduced travel time a lot.

The buffet had great variety daily. Restaurant staff, especially Mr Moataz, were attentive. Tamer, the front office manager, was very helpful . The hotel's location on the beach near the reef supported enjoyable snorkeling.
The air conditioning unit was quite loud, disrupting sleep.

My sea view room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room had a king-size bed and a seating area with a sofa. I found a mini-fridge and coffee-making facilities too.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. The hotel provided a shuttle service to a nearby square every fifteen minutes until 11pm.

The main restaurant offered themed evenings (for example, Italian night). I had access to snacks at the various bars during the day. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The buffet line was regularly replenished.

The hotel is a short drive from the airport, about ten minutes. It's also a quick walk to the soho square. It's only about six minutes. I took advantage of the proximity and visited multiple times.

I appreciated the proximity to soho square. It was just a short walk. a SHUTTLE bus also ran from the hotel to soho in the evenings. the beach was great, lifeguards watched over the reef, and there were free towels available. the staff were friendly and the cleaning was thorough daily.
the ONLY slight issue was that the children's pool wasn't heated, a bit COLD.
