Charmed by the Sea View room!

The staff was generally kind. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. i liked the room. It was super clean and big. a great location was a big PLUS with lovely Red Sea views. I would happily return.

I found the service a little slow at the snack bar. the minibar prices were TOO high. room service was also overpriced. It was a little inconvenient.

the hotel is right on the beach, very convenient, and it offers direct access to the sea. Proximity to the beach bar added to the charm, and the views are amazing, i loved IT. a wonderful spot.

The staff members were friendly, helpful and gave prompt assistance, especially at reception! they quickly addressed all my needs and requests. I felt very cared for. house keeping kept everything super clean. It was amazing.

There is a good sized swimming pool with many sun loungers and shaded areas. It never felt crowded. the hotel offers a range of activities and entertainment options. there is also on-site dining. That was pretty good

The location was acceptable. The beach was easily accessible.

The check-in process was frustrating. It took an unreasonably long time. my room's air conditioning was not working adequately, leaving the room uncomfortably warm, even after reporting it twice to the front desk. the promised minibar was empty upon arrival, and i had to call multiple times to get it stocked.

the team members displayed excellent kindness. the staff assisted with any requests and always responded with a smile. i was impressed by the quick and efficient service i received. i also liked the smooth sandy beach. there were plenty of opportunities for relaxation in the sun.

The music near the pool was slightly loud. it did not greatly impact my visit.
