The room felt quite outdated, the furniture looked worn, and some fixtures were not working correctly. i found the breakfast options very limited. the selection barely changed throughout my stay, and items often ran out quickly with no prompt refills. This made it hard to start the day well. these issues impacted my experience negatively.

the staff was very helpful and polite. they offered every possible way of comfort and assistance. special thanks go to omar, ahmad, and ahmad jr. the manager mr waleed was also very friendly (i was very impressed). there is a nice pool with good music. a shuttle bus to a private beach.

i had one small issue with the limited food choices at times. the buffet sometimes ran out quickly, especially during peak hours.

The free shuttle to beaches proved very convenient. It saved on transport costs! the front desk provided excellent service and promptly addressed my queries. i found the air conditioning in my room to be effective. It kept the space cool. a supermarket nearby sold mosquito spray. I used it to keep the room mosquito-free.

the music by the pool was loud. it played from morning until late evening. i found it hard to relax with the constant noise. i wish they had some quiet areas.

Wonderful Egyptian Hospitality

I found the staff amazing. They perfectly represent Egyptian people. I appreciated that everyone. Bartender stuff and Ahmed from reception made a very good impression. I will definitely be back soon.

I found breakfast choice repetitive. It would have been nice if it was changed some days.

The room included a fridge to keep drinks cool , and the furniture looked well furnished. Cleanliness was just OK , but the room offered space for luggage and relaxation. A television with multiple channels provided entertainment.

The reception operates 24 hours a day , and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed a late check-out (3pm) at no additional cost , and the staff were always available to assist with requests. Receptionist Ahmed was very helpful.

Really good Stay, A True Gem!

The staff were helpful. Ahmed and Umar stood out. The food was AMAZING!!! The chef consistently created dishes of excellent quality. The bartenders were punctual and efficient, a real credit to the hotel. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It provided a cool, refreshing escape after a day in the sun.

The limited availability of toiletries in the bathroom was a minor inconvenience.
