medhat at the pool was attentive , setting out towels and ensuring comfort. rafat at the pool bar prepared excellent gin and tonics, while maintaining a clean area. the animation team, including bablo and bakar, worked hard to involve people in activities.
the food options were somewhat repetitive , though i always found something suitable.

I loved the friendly reception staff, especially ahmed, he made check-in easy! the restaurant's chicken was seriously delicious, a total highlight. i noticed how hard the reception team worked. They were attentive even when busy. the bar staff was amazing, always making sure we had everything we needed!
the hotel was quite busy, and i noticed some guests had complaints, which might have been due to the high demand.

The hotel has a great location. It's a short walk to the heart of Naama Bay with restaurants and shops. The sea promenade is very close. I met amazing staff. They cannot be more helpful. They create a good hotel environment.
The room I stayed in needs maintenance. The bathroom needs a deep clean. The tiles and shower cubicle looked old. Hair was in the drains. There was mastic everywhere.

The reception staff were always helpful. The restaurant managers treated us like family. The bar staff were attentive to our needs. All staff members are polite and professional.

i found the reception staff to be very attentive. ahmed was really helpful with the check-in process. the chicken at the restaurant tasted great.
The room we initially booked was not available. It was a bit frustrating. toilet paper was not readily available and i had to request it several times! the bedding was rough and worn. I think it needs an upgrade.
