beautiful grounds water park variety food twin room dark room

The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. There are many activities such as a water park for kids, a grass football pitch, two tennis courts, and a padel court. I really enjoyed the beach with its own reef, beach bar, and grill. The all inclusive food was surprisingly very good with decent variety and many options for eating throughout the day.

I booked a superior double room, but I got a twin room. When I complained, they pushed the beds together and put a quilt over both. The manager stated there were no double rooms with a garden view, though that is what I booked.

amazing stay and great amenities!

accessible beach coral visibility multiple restaurants

the location was great. i found the beach accessible and it provided a comfortable swimming area. the bridge made it easy to reach the corals for viewing fish. also, the hotel had several restaurants offering various choices.

The room lacked sufficient lighting. It was especially challenging for tasks like makeup or hair styling because of this. brighter bulbs near the mirror would help.

The reception team was friendly. I am thankful to all of them. housekeeping, including ali, was excellent. The room was kept very clean . It made a difference.

there is an aqua park available. the multiple swimming pools were excellent and spacious. the hotel had a fitness center . i enjoyed the availability of many different activities.

The food was delicious with a lot of variety. I appreciated the many dining options. getting a reservation at different restaurants was easy. These restaurants provided more options, too. the food was really good.

the food at mo's was good enough. it included some nice grilled dishes.

the rooms was old and not well-lit, it felt dusty. the mattress need to be changed, and the bathroom need remodeling. worst, the pool felt too hot, above 34 degrees, so i didn't swim.

Really good stay at this resort!

well kept grounds numerous activities good variety

I found the grounds amazing. They appear to be well maintained. Activities were numerous. I found a water park for kids, a football pitch, tennis courts, and a beach with a reef. A fitness center adds to the options. Food at the all-inclusive was surprisingly good. The variety was decent. Eating options were plentiful throughout the day.

The hotel is large so it takes time to get used to the layout.
