ineffective air conditioning musty smell

I found the staff helpful for most of my trip.

My room had issues I found problematic. The air conditioning was not very effective, and I struggled to regulate the temperature. It was either too cold or too warm. there was a persistent musty smell in the bathroom, and no matter what I did, it would not go away. This detracted from any feeling of relaxation .

The hotel upgraded us for FREE to the pool view room. The room was SO big and comfortable. WE had a great time!

The hotel has a private beach. The coral there is very beautiful. There is a wide variety of food choices. The beautiful rooms had sea views.

The balcony door didn't lock good. A staff member wedged a screw on the outside. This fix gave me no real security. The room safe wasn't bolted to anything. Someone could pick it up.

clean room good service lovely surprise

the room was cleaned daily and the service was very good. hamed always left us nice surprises. we even got a cake from him for my friend's birthday , so lovely. the rooms are very clean, i loved it.

sometimes i waited a short while for a drink at the bar.

animation team amazing beach friendly staff careful follow up

i enjoyed the animation team especially desha chiara vera and dj mario. the room was clean and the beach was amazing. the staff was friendly and i recommend it to everyone. miss doaa provided careful follow up which i appreciated.

the wifi signal strength was intermittent at times making it challenging to stay connected consistently i found this a minor inconvenience .
