I found the main restaurant staff to be very nice. I especially thank Fares. The pool and aquapark were nice, they offer great recreation. The food variety was very good, offering many choices.

I enjoyed the complimentary wifi and the continuous supply of bottled water. Snacks were available throughout the day. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Sayed, at the Sea Salt restaurant, took great care of us each day. Yosri and mohammad, at reception, were also fantastic.
The minibar remained empty during my entire stay. There were no soft drinks available.

The staff was helpful. The food offered a good variety. The room condition was really good and I felt comfortable there.
This was not made clear before arrival. I could not access the main dining area or the main swimming pool. Half of the beach beds were broken.
