Mixed Experience with Noticeable Shortcomings

The bathroom showed significant wear. Shoddy decor was evident. Sealant was applied carelessly. Mould and limescale marred the bath. A yellowed shower curtain detracted further. Drinks were subpar. Spirits tasted harsh. I suspect they lacked quality comparable to UK standards. I ended up purchasing soft drinks at the mini-supermarket.

Fantastic Stay!

I found the all-inclusive option very valuable. There was always plenty of staff available and very helpful. Mr Costa at reception checked regularly to ensure everything was okay and I needed nothing. I enjoyed the variety of food offered at meal times and the wine was quite drinkable.

I found the music played during the day quite loud. The sound seemed to carry , and it was a bit difficult to relax in my room at times. I wish the volume could be adjusted at certain hours.

The value was great. The facilities was very good, especially the excellent and super clean pool area. The entertainment staff always encouraged guests to participate in activities. The food was good for all-inclusive. The poolside bar served beer and free snacks in the afternoon.

The breakfast selection could use some improvements in variety.

the staff were friendly. the location is also convenient. the hotel has a calm atmosphere, it is perfect for anyone looking to unwind away from crowds.

The room cleanliness could have been better. Some areas were not as tidy as expected. the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, so the room was quite cold at night. unfortunately, i wasn't provided with a heater.

The rooms offer adequate space and comfortable beds. The outside areas are maintained very well. Staff members were helpful . Their calm demeanor certainly added to a relaxing visit.

The food selection did become repetitive after a few days. More variety in the buffet would significantly improve the dining experience.
