friendly staff helpful staff clean pools family room repetitive food old equipment early entertainment
the staff are really awesome, it is true. They were always there to help, always with a SMILE. The pools are kept so clean. I also liked the room, a two connected family room, it suited my needs.
some issues did come up though. The food was repetetive, and i found a HAIR in my food one night. the gym equipment looked a little bit old. I also think the entertainment ended a bit early at night.

great space comfy room quick support warm approach
Egypt was quite cool. the rooms had great space and were comfy. quality of service impressed. mark and kerolles are super great. They supported us quick with issues. their friendliness made things awesome.
the desert wasn't that nice.

early noise constant drilling
The hotel provided a shuttle service to the beaches, and this worked sufficiently.
maintenance was underway, and it was disturbing. The noise began early each morning, disrupting any chance for a restful start. I was not happy with the constant drilling and hammering sounds. This impacted the overall quality of our rest.

wonderful vacation!
free shuttle nice beach
the staff were very kind and helpful there. they let us keep the luggage in the hotel after we check out because our flight was 4 am at night. rooms were clean and nice. they have 2 beaches and free shuttle. both beaches were nice. in coral beach you swim with lots of fishes so we didn't need to buy a tour for that.

the meals were mostly great and have very good value for money. the breakfast has wide variety. there is also pizza served in the afternoon and the cakes are lovely.

Great Hotel Experience!
daily activities animation team shuttle bus lovely beach
The animation team WAS amazing. They organized many activities all day and kept us entertained. Aliya, Ina, Imelda, Elina, Zezo, and Kareem deserve special recognition for their wonderful efforts. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the lovely beach, which I considered a really nice bonus.
The choice of food could be improved to increase the variety.

The standard room includes a safe for storing valuables. The air conditioning unit worked effectively. The bathroom was equipped with a shower and complimentary toiletries, SUCH AS soap and shampoo, that were provided daily.

spacious room clean room working air conditioning helpful staff food quality jacuzzi repair subpar view
The rooms were quite spacious and clean (something I always look for). Air conditioning worked very well. The staff was helpful. I was always asked if the room needed cleaning.
The food was not always to my liking, even with the variety offered. I found the jacuzzi in need of some repairs. The tv was good, but the view from the room was subpar.

the staff were nice and do polite. they remembered orders. the activities put on each night where good and interactive. it made each evening fun.
the food was repetitive. it's more of a 2 or 3 star hotel than a 4 star. the undercooked food made me feeling unwell.
