Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

The food was acceptable (nothing lovely, but decent).
The minibar only had water. I expected more variety. some staff members were pushy about spa treatments. I felt uncomfortable with the pressure.

The staff were cheerful and helpful of four nights.
The music played by the animation team was excessively loud at the main pool and beach. I found it difficult to have a normal conversation with others because of the volume. The management needs to address the animation team before more guests are driven away.

The staff were always happy to assist, showing genuine care. our room had a fine view. Waking up to such beauty each morning was magical. i found the value for money really good. the hotel facilities felt great, providing everything we needed for relaxation and enjoyment.
i hope they resolve this to ensure a more serene environment .

The grill restaurant provided excellent service. Manager makmuod and waiter syed were very attentive. it added a special touch to our meals. the various restaurants offered good options for different tastes.

the hotel is in a good location, near to many local shops. the grounds are spacious and beautifully maintained. it created an atmosphere of calm and beauty for romantic strolls.

The resort has several pools (one has water features). we enjoyed the pools. The clear water invited moments of joy. the reef was fantastic for snorkeling, offering very nice marine life.

Really Great Experience

The grounds were expansive with so much greenery! Snorkeling was amazing because this hotel has its own reef. I saw so many colourful fish. Service stood out, the staff was really nice and always ready to help. They really worked hard. Our room had everything we needed.
The hotel gym equipment was quite old. I wanted a longer workout, but some equipment was out of order.

The variety of food was commendable and suited many different tastes. There were fruits and delicious cakes available at every meal.

The room was clean and well-kept. The air conditioning worked effectively to keep us cool. It was really a great feature. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. This made getting ready in the mornings much easier.

The hotel is located near several shops. These shops offered a variety of souvenirs. The distance to the beach was very short. It took only a few minutes to walk. Transportation to the airport was convenient and took about 20 minutes.

The staff at the reception desk were polite and efficient during check-in and check-out. The housekeeping service was consistent. They ensured our room was clean every day. Requests for extra towels or pillows were promptly fulfilled. It helped a lot.

There were multiple swimming pools available with different depths. This catered to both adults and children. The pool area had 20 loungers and a shaded section. It was easy to find a place to relax. There was also a playground with swings and slides. My children really enjoyed it.
