The reception staff were efficient. Ahmed Mansour and David facilitated a smooth check-in and check-out. The cleaning staff kept the rooms very clean. Kareem decorated room 836 with flowers on the bed and in the room.

The Wi-Fi was only free in the lobby. I had to pay extra for in-room access. This is not ideal.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The beach was great and I enjoyed snorkeling, seeing the fish near the shore.

I stayed at the hotel for several nights. Some bars and restaurants required extra payment and this did not feel very all-inclusive. I received towels, but they barely dried any water after a swim.

I really enjoyed my visit because of the delicious food options. There were so many dishes to choose from and each seemed more delicious. The staff was so kind. Issam and David at reception helped us and gave us a room with an amazing view. The pools were nice and maintained well. I tried six different pools and they were all great. I swam in the sea surrounded by colorful fish.

The rooms did not have good sound insulation. I could often hear noises from the hallway or adjacent rooms, difficult for me to relax or fall asleep early. This issue affected my experience.
