The food was AMAZING!!! There was much variety. The animation team gave the hotel special energy everyday. Workouts, pool games, and evening shows were nonstop entertainment.
The staff sometimes seemed to ignore guests at the bar.

the food was mostly repetitive. all restaurants seemed to have the same dishes available, this was very disappointing. the asian restaurant had a weak selection. the main buffet did not rotate options enough, so i felt bored after a few days with the food available.

The hotel was sparkling clean and i mean sparkling. i loved the many restaurants. They were all available for every meal. the bars had yummy cocktails both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. It was like a party every night!
the checkout process felt really rushed. i needed help with my luggage but it wasn't there and like poof, i was gone, no farewell. it wasn't cool at all.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The reception staff was very helpful and efficient. The food selection included multiple restaurants that offered diverse options. The aqua park provided much fun for all ages. I found that the variety of food was really nice and well served, but the rooms, wow, were clean. I really loved the aqua park! I will visit this place again.
I did notice that the music could be a little loud in the evenings. But, overall, I enjoyed the place.

The Beautiful Garden View Room featured two large beds. A spacious bathroom included dual sinks and a separate shower. Fresh towels were supplied daily, and the room was always well maintained, very clean, and properly organized.

The hotel is conveniently located near diving facilities. And provides easy access to the beach. Tiran Island is visible from many points within the resort. The location allows for wonderful sunrise experiences every morning.

There are multiple swimming pools. And a number of restaurants. A beach bar provided a selection of drinks and snacks throughout the day. I saw many lifeguards around the pools. The aqua park has slides for adults and children.
