Balanced Stay!

pool area helpful staff

The hotel had a really nice pool area. It had plentiful sunbeds for all guests! I thought the rooms were super clean and very well kept. The staff I interacted with were so kind and helpful too!

I found the food selection to be somewhat limited. The meals I had were somewhat repetitive! It was noticeable.

understaffed kids' club limited gym equipment

The staff were often unhelpful. They seemed stretched thin! Getting assistance with luggage took ages. the kids' club was understaffed. Finding someone to supervise activities proved really difficult. Ensuring the children's safety and enjoyment there needs improvement. I also noticed the gym was quite small! It only had a few machines, and some were out of order. Maintaining the fitness facilities adequately would improve the experience.

Solid Choice for a Relaxing Vacation

daily cleaning multiple pools useful shuttle

The rooms have daily cleaning, and I got fresh towels each day. I liked the multiple pools and found seating without much trouble. There is a shuttle to the beach. This was useful as the beach is not directly accessible. The gym has treadmills, and I used them every morning.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak, especially during peak hours, and I experienced frequent disconnections. This. I think the hotel should improve this.

The buffet includes various options. I saw themed nights with different cuisines. Fresh fruit and salad bars are available at both lunch and dinner. I appreciated this.

The main pool features many sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a dedicated kids pool, separate. I did see a lifeguard on duty at all pools during the day.
