beautiful gardens attentive staff excellent food
the resort has beautiful gardens and lawns. they are maintained very well. the staff are wonderful. they are attentive, friendly and helpful. the food was generally excellent. we used the cascades restaurant in the evening. it had a buffet serving a wide variety of cuisines.
i noticed some additional costs. there was an additional charge for turkish coffee despite the all inclusive stay. i also learned that soft drinks cost extra after 11 pm. i am not sure if this is accurate. i wish there were no extra costs.

The cascades restaurant offers a diverse buffet with various cuisines. It is a delight for those seeking varied dining experiences. i found fresh seafood dishes, including calamari and octopus, during the dinner service. honey was available in both honeycomb and separate jars.

our regency club parlor suite had comfortable amenities and sufficient space. it helped ensure a relaxing environment. the room was clean and well maintained by housekeeping, a service i valued a lot. i felt refreshed each day.

the club facilities offered access to a private beach. this was a lovely perk. it led directly to a coral reef, great for snorkeling. the club house served breakfast and offered evening drinks plus snacks, a treat i enjoyed.

bland food stale bread
breakfast had lots of options. rooms had a nice sea VIEW.
the food WAS very bland. it was the same food every lunchtime. not much variety was available for the whole time i WAS there. the bread selection was ok but by dinner time came you tried them AGAIN and you could tell that they had been sat out ALL afternoon with the hot weather and they had gone stale.

awful drinks constant harassment
The private beach had Fine coral, a definite highlight.
I found the hotel dated. The all-inclusive drink options were AWFUL. The limited menu offered low-quality beverages. Excursion teams harassed guests. These issues compounded.
