tasty options reception staff late music sewage odor

the food presented various tasty options i found the animation team created daily events. the reception staff quickly helped when i needed information i thought this was lovely. the grounds always was clean

the music by the pool continued late some nights this made relaxation difficult. i noticed occasional sewage odors near the tennis court i found this unpleasant

tasty food good room cool animation team

The food was tasty. The rooms were good. The animation team was cool. I liked the snorkeling area at the beach. I saw amazing underwater views. The all-inclusive food and drink policy was another highlight. I had meals and snacks from morning to night.

The main pool was not heated. There was only one small pool that was heated.

nice staff amazing restaurant loud music fire show

the food options were plentiful. i especially enjoyed the restaurant food options. mr ismail from reception was very nice and helpful.. i also appreciated hamid from housekeeping.

the music around the main pool area was too loud. there was no need for that decibel level. the evening entertainment was also poor. the only half decent show was the 30 minute fire show.

The hotel boasts diverse activities like belly dance, zumba, bachata, darts, and fun pool games. Evening entertainment was amazing too. The animation team did interesting shows. The hotel area looked clean. I really enjoyed it.
