A Truly Wonderful Experience

Esraa, the GR, greeted us with a radiant smile. She ensured our needs were met with such grace. Her warm hospitality enhanced our visit. She anticipated every need and made sure we had everything we wanted. The hotel offered great beach access. It was good, the kids loved it SO much!!!

The music played rather loud till late each evening. This was due to the animation shows.

The guest relation team demonstrated really good care. They provided attentive service and ensured we had a complication-free stay. Their diligence contributed to a very smooth and relaxing visit.

I stayed in a standard room with two single beds, pool side in the palm wing. this room was very quiet.. it helped with restful sleep. housekeepers were helpful and friendly. They kept the room tidy.

The gym equipment showed some wear. It needs updating.

Esraa was the SWEETEST Guest Relations person. She ensured every need was met with such a lovely smile. Her very nice hospitality enhanced our experience. She were really nice too guarantee we had a wonderful time!!!

The music played loudly until late EVERY night because of the animation shows. The cleaning standards felt inadequate. The floors in my room were not clean enough.
